What that means is that I have completed the SFQ required training programs to teach the simple yet powerful SFQ movements created by the founder Grand Master Chunyi Lin. Master Lin’s purpose for SFQ is, “A healer in every home and a world without pain and suffering.” I am passionate about supporting and sharing this mission with as many people as possible because it has helped me so much in my life physically, mentally and spiritually. Additionally, Master Lin has created Qigong movements that are very simple so anyone can do them, but the movements are also very powerful! I started doing Spring Forest Qigong in 2005. I used to get excruciating panic attacks where I couldn’t breath or think it would take over my entire body. Additionally, I was suffering a severe nervous break down and suicidal depression. This was caused due to the fact that I was not taking care of me. II was working 7 days a week 15 to 17 hours per day. So my body was out of balance. Once I started doing Spring Forest Qigong I noticed that the panic attacks were happening less and less. And if they happened they were far less severe and I now have a tool to use to help me to be calm and centered. I also noticed the more I practiced the SFQ movements the more energy I had and I began to feel happy, joyful and loving again. I wanted to be a live and enjoy life! I am so grateful to Grand Master Lin and Spring Forest Qigong that I am committed in sharing the Qi-love. The change for me is so powerful I decided to train with Spring Forest Qigong to guide others in this simple yet powerful practice. Additionally, I am an avid gardener and spend much of my free time enjoying watching my garden grow as well as producing how-to garden videos that I post at Marrvelous Gardening youtube channel. To me my SFQ practice and gardening go hand in hand because they both connect and calm my body, mind and soul. So I invite you to join us every morning Monday thru Friday at 7:00am Pacific time.
